Swiss International Air Lines (SWISS) is Switzerland’s largest air carrier. With one of Europe’s most advanced and carbon-efficient aircraft fleets, SWISS is a premium airline that provides direct flights to Zurich and Geneva, with quick and easy connections to destinations throughout Europe and worldwide. Its Swiss WorldCargo division offers an extensive range of airport-to-airport airfreight services for high-value, time-critical and care-intensive consignments. SWISS Network

SWISS, with its Atlantic Joint Venture partner Air Canada, offers a large variety of connections between Canada and Switzerland*:

All year flights: 
  • Montreal - Geneva (up to six times a week with Air Canada)
  • Montreal - Zurich (up to daily with SWISS)
  • Toronto - Zurich (up to daily with Air Canada)

Seasonal flights:
  • Calgary – Zurich (up to twice a week with SWISS operated by Edelweiss from June 12 – Sept 18)
  • Vancouver – Zurich (up to 5 times a week with Air Canada June 18 – Oct 11) 
  • Vancouver – Zurich (up to 3 times a week with SWISS operated by Edelweiss from May 15 – Sept 25)

Sustainability

The company has committed to the ambitious climate goals of halving its 2019 net carbon dioxide emissions by 2030 and making its operations entirely carbon-neutral by 2050, particularly by promoting the use of sustainable aviation fuels.

SWISS will be the world’s first airline to fly with solar fuel


SWISS is to become the first passenger airline in the world to take advantage of the new AeroSHARK aircraft skin technology to further reduce the carbon dioxide emissions and the fuel consumption of its flight operations.
