LOCATION CHANGE! | FIFA World Cup | Switzerland vs. Canada | Wednesday, June 24

On Wednesday, June 24, the Swiss community came together in Toronto for an unforgettable Switzerland vs. Canada FIFA World Cup match gathering at Gatherings Restobar. Organized by Swiss Club Toronto, the event welcomed members, friends, and supporters for an afternoon filled with excitement, friendly rivalry, and outstanding Swiss-Canadian spirit as both nations took to the pitch.

The atmosphere was electric, with fans proudly dressed in red and white, waving flags, celebrating every goal, and sharing in the excitement of one of the tournament's most anticipated group-stage matches. Events like these continue to demonstrate the strength of our Swiss-Canadian community and the friendships that bring us together through sport.

A special thank you to our Corporate Member, Forvest Global Wealth Management, for generously sponsoring the snacks that everyone enjoyed throughout the afternoon. We are especially grateful to Michael Bronfman for his continued generosity and support in helping make this gathering such a wonderful success.

We would also like to extend our sincere appreciation to Swiss Club Toronto, and especially Philippe Moser and Céline Baracho, whose dedication and hard work in planning and organizing the event created a fantastic experience for everyone who attended.

Thank you to everyone who joined us to cheer on the Nati and celebrate another memorable day of football, friendship, and Swiss-Canadian community.
