The SCCC was thrilled to start the year with an excellent virtual seminar on Artificial Intelligence (AI), which defined AI more precisely, but without entering into technicalities. The webinar also discussed the fascinating challenges and opportunities around its use, such as questions related to ethics, transparency, responsibility. Last but not least it explored how AI can be used to understand customers' complex journey better.
The webinar on AI was hosted by Swiss expert Gael Bernard. Gael is a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Toronto (Faculty of Information). He also holds a PhD in Information Systems from HEC Lausanne, Switzerland. Our moderator was Antoine Belaieff, a member of the SCCCand delegate of the OSA.
