Dear Members,
Welcome to our Late Spring Edition of Swiss News!
The first half of 2026 has been both busy and inspiring, bringing together our community through a series of engaging events and thought-provoking discussions. From CUSMA discussions and economic outlooks to our Women Shaping Leadership panel featuring speakers from leading Swiss corporations and both Swiss and Canadian government organizations, we have explored many of the issues shaping today’s business environment.
Our members also participated in executive corporate roundtables and enjoyed insights from an inspiring TEDx motivational speaker, creating valuable opportunities for learning, networking, and collaboration.
In this edition, you will find various topics including the evolving geopolitical landscape, the impact of the closure of the Strait of Hormuz on Swiss importers, as well as updates and achievements from our corporate members.
We are also delighted to welcome several new members to the Swiss Canadian Chamber of Commerce.
