President's Message

As you know, this year marks the 150th anniversary of Canada and this is the perfect opportunity to reflect on the strengths that come from this country's diversity and innovation.

To coincide with this milestone, the SCCC has chosen to celebrate this special year by repositioning some of its activities, calling upon all members to bring forward new ideas.

As part of our innovative approach, we are excited to launch our first e-newsletter: SUISSE news. The new design and format are a unique opportunity to share updates and interesting topics.

Summer is the perfect time of year to focus on our health and wellbeing, and to maximize the Canadian great outdoors and the warm weather. An opportunity to reenergize and invigorate.

The SCCC is dedicating this issue to health and wellbeing, with useful tips and educational articles from our expert members. At a time when we are paying increasing attention to what we eat, it is helpful to have constructive advice on how to evolve our lives to a more healthy and sustainable lifestyle.

We will learn about the impact of different diets that support good health and the environment, while exploring opportunities that are associated with more consciousness about our ways of living.

Our special thanks go to the Consulate General of Switzerland, Bioforce Switzerland, MuscleCare, Lugano Fine Foods, R Spa, and all who have contributed to our first e-newsletter. And also to our Board Members, without whom this interactive edition would not have been possible.

We are sure that SUISSE news will bring you great value in its content and that this first edition will help you achieve your own goals to a healthy lifestyle.
