Cardiac arrest is sudden, often unexpected and can happen to anyone, at any age. It means the heart has stopped beating and it is a critical medical emergency where every second counts.
CardiacCrash is a highly engaging interactive program that teaches hands-only CPR and AED use in less than an hour. Members who joined this event gained valuable life-saving skills that will empower them to act if they witness a colleague, loved one or even a stranger in cardiac arrest.
